We want you to be completely satisfied with your HeatsBox experience. If your smart lunchbox isn't the perfect fit for your lifestyle, you can return it within 30 days of delivery in its original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your HeatsBox

  Securely place the device, power cables, and any accessories in the original packaging to ensure the product is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; please keep your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
